• For very specialized practices that only use a limited range of codes, it’s annoying to not be able to delete ones that will never be used.
• Several users found the training modules not that great, sometimes not working. These users found that simply using the software more was the way to go.
• A number of users noted that this was not an inexpensive solution, and if your practice grows and you need to upgrade, that comes at a cost as well.
• Some users have had problems with the system freezing during notes, which results in lost information and requires a round of discarding and restarting.
• Others noted that having to create a new episode whenever a patient changes insurance companies is a major inconvenience.
• Some users noted that not being able to fully customize evaluations with tests regularly used is an ongoing concern.
